D-STAR_AWARD-E

D-STAR Award

For the purpose of further dissemination and promotion of D - STAR, we are going to issue the D-STAR Award to amateurs and SWL's in the world.

Requirements

	D For contacts with 10 different amateur stations by simplex operation in only one day．
	S For contacts with 100 different amateur stations by simplex operation. ✱Each additional 100 will be issued as a separate award.
	T For contacts with amateur stations in 10 Call Sign districts of Japan by using D - STAR repeater.
	A For contacts with one amateur radio station in each of 100 different City or Gun or KU in Japan by using D - STAR repeater. ✱Each additional 100 will be issued as a separate award.
	R For contacts with one amateur radio station using each of 50 different D - STAR repeaters. ✱Each additional 50 will be issued as a separate award.

Period:
The contacts (receptions) on or after
April 1, 2018 are valid.

JARL starts accepting applications
on April 1, 2018.

Application:
Please send the completed application
form and the fee below.
A sample of application form (.doc)
(QSLs are not required for this award.)

Fee:
Please send 2,000 yen.- (or 16IRCs)
with your application.

D-STAR award fee

Endorsement:
Applicants can request the following
endorsements .
  □ Single Band   □ QRP (QRPp)

Points:
   For "T" "A" "R" awards,
   contacts by D - STAR repeater are valid.

Commemorative Plaque:
If you achieved all of five awards,
you can be awarded a commemorative
plaque (a fee is required).

Note:
Only one contact with a particular station
is valid for each award.
Even if you have QSOs with JA1RL and
JA1RL/2, only one QSO can be used
for the application of each award.
